Our Private Coaching Program is designed for skiers who want a bespoke approach to mastering their technique and developing a deeper connection with the mountain. Over five immersive sessions, your coach will tailor each day to your unique goals, whether you're refining technical skills, building confidence on challenging terrain, or seeking flow in every turn. With video analysis, post-session feedback, and goal- setting discussions, you’ll receive actionable insights to maximize your progress. This program extends beyond the slopes, offering optional wellness plans—including mental preparation, fitness, and nutrition—so you can approach skiing with vitality and balance. As a private coaching client, you’ll enjoy priority access to exclusive Flow Performance Club events. Designed to fit your schedule, this program provides not just coaching but a partnership in your skiing journey, helping you reach new heights with precision, mindfulness, and confidence. Cancellation Policy
These terms and conditions apply to all online purchases of our services, including Single-Day Flow Experience Coaching Sessions, 3-Day Flow Performance Camps, and the 5-Session Private Coaching Program (collectively, the "Services". Purchase and Payment 2.1 Order Confirmation: Upon successful payment, you will receive an order confirmation email. This email serves as proof of your booking and entitles you to the purchased service. 2.2 Prices: All prices listed on our website are in Swiss Francs and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. 2.3 Payment Methods: Payments must be made via the payment methods provided on our platform. All payments are processed securely. Cancellation and Refund Policy We understand that circumstances may change, and we have established the following refund and cancellation policies for our services: 3.1 Single-Day Flow Experience Coaching Sessions 1. Cancellations made up to 48 hours before the session: Full Refund 2. Cancellations made up to 24 hours before the session: 60% Refund 3. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session: No Refund, except in cases of severe ailment or disability confirmed by a certified physician, health provider, or hospital. 3.2 3-Day Flow Performance Camps 1. Cancellations made up to 7 days (168 hours) before the Camp begins: Full Refund 2. Cancellations made up to 5 days (120 hours) before the Camp begins: 80% Refund 3. Cancellations made up to 48 hours before the Camp begins: 50% Refund 4. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the Camp begins: No Refund, except in cases of severe ailment or disability confirmed by a certified physician, health provider, or hospital. 3.3 5-Session Private Coaching Program 1. Once one or more sessions have been delivered, refunds will be proportional to the unexecuted remainder of the program. 2. Refunds will be granted upon request for reasons including but not limited to: 1. Inability to deliver the promised service 2. Harassment or reckless behavior 3. Severe ailment or disability confirmed by a certified physician, health provider, or hospital. Customer Obligations 5.1 Accurate Information: Customers are required to provide accurate personal and payment information during the purchase process. 5.2 Compliance: Customers must comply with the guidelines and rules provided for each Service. Failure to comply may result in dismissal from the program without a refund.
