Alberto Parola, co-founder of Flow Performance Club, is a distinguished athletic trainer for the Italian Women's World Cup team and a respected ski instructor trainer in Italy. With a life deeply rooted in sports, Alberto embodies an adventurous and active lifestyle, balancing his work with his own osteopathy practice. His journey in athletics began at a young age, initially as a competitive alpine skier, where he ranked among Italy's top youth slalom skiers and was selected for the European Cup.

Alberto’s love for skiing has evolved from a passion for performance into a dedication to teaching and sharing the sport he loves. For him, skiing is more than just a sport—it’s a lifelong journey that has shaped his character, fostering a profound connection with the mountains and a deep understanding of himself.

“This program was created for those who seek personal evolution through skiing, providing the essential tools and mindset to tackle challenges on the slopes with purpose and energy, while moving beyond repetitive methods”

Outside of skiing, Alberto is passionate about activities that connect him to nature, such as surfing, mountaineering, and climbing. His commitment to personal growth and well-being is reflected in his training and teaching philosophy, aiming to bring greater awareness and resilience to his students.

Alberto’s extensive experience spans from ski schools to international competitions. When he’s not traveling for the Alpine Ski World Cup circuit, he is based in Saluzzo, Italy, where he continues to inspire skiers of all ages and levels.
