For Justin, skiing is not only a source of joy but also a transformative experience that impacts life on and off the mountain. He views the mountains as a place to connect with his inner self, finding immense satisfaction in interacting with nature’s powerful forces and achieving a flow state. “Being in the mountains brings me so much joy and balance—it’s a chance to slow down, reconnect, and become fully present,” he says.

Justin’s skiing journey began at age three, and he has since become deeply involved in all facets of the ski industry worldwide. From his early days as an alpine racer to leading various ski programs globally, his extensive experience is matched by his dedication to helping others discover the joy of skiing. Through Flow Performance Club, Justin seeks to build a global community of passionate skiers, offering them the top-down methods and innovative approaches that allow each individual to master their own unique journey. He and his team want to help people slow down to hurry up and to become masters of their dreams on and off the slopes.

Beyond his accomplishments on the slopes, Justin holds graduate degrees in law, corporate governance expertise from INSEAD, and business leadership certifications from Harvard. He has also earned certificates in sports psychology and neuroscience, which inform his approach to coaching and personal development.

Justin has led multiple ski programs and been involved in organizing World Cups and Olympic events in Canada. In addition to skiing, Justin is also a passionate tennis player, golfer, polo player and sailor.

Now a permanent resident of Switzerland, he has taught in premier Swiss ski resorts and currently calls Andermatt his home base, where he continues to inspire a new generation of skiers.
