As a co-founder, Panos is a strong believer in responsible, strategic leadership development and is fascinated by the ways science can be applied to develop sound leadership skills that drive a lasting impact. 

An entrepreneur at heart, Panos has led successful ventures in tourism, sports, and online education, each designed to deliver high quality, life-enriching experiences. Fluent in four languages, Panos brings a global perspective to every project, merging his strong analytical precision with a deep appreciation for diverse cultures and human connection. For Panos, skiing is more than a sport—it’s a way to connect with nature and rediscover a sense of freedom. “Skiing is an excuse for stepping away from my desk and allow my body and spirit to become part of the mountain,” Panos says. 

Through years of personal exploration in sports and nature, Panos has found that outdoor activities, by allowing yourself to become one with nature and play with the forces, create a deep-seated joy and a return to childlike wonder. This philosophy underpins Flow Performance Club’s approach, which Panos describes as distinct from conventional programs : “Our program focuses on developing awareness and sensitivity to the ski’s functionality on the snow, rather than simply replicating a form. This unique method helps our members, connect with the right sensations and feelings, ingrain these skills in their brains, and ultimately learn to coach themselves as they progress.” 

With 13 years of experience in the ski industry across Greece and Switzerland, including roles as a ski instructor, technical director for a ski club academy, and ski programs coordinator, Panos brings a wealth of expertise. As a passionate Instructor, Panos is dedicated to helping others foster a deeper connection with skiing.
